Byousoku 5 cm : 5cm per second

alright, i shant harp onto the storyline, and bring shall bring you what i had actually realised whilst watching the real touching byousoku 5 cm.

lst, Makoto Shinkai-sensei, u are teh best. I really thanked my lucky stars for allowing me not being able to miss this fantastic show, for if i really did, i will be drowning in great disappointment. really.

One more time, one more chance, the main theme song of byousouku. Do listen to it, never mind bout the difference of language, as there's chinese subtitles to boot. It's only when i realised that the song is so full of meanings when watching the movie yesterday.

and being a noob in english, i cant really describe to you my exact feelings of it due to my terrible lack of vocabulary. I'm overall, touched....almost crossing the line into tearing, but i didnt. i swear that when the theme song played at the end of the movie and as i read the meanings of the song, i got that sudden urge to cry. It's not because of the melancholic melody of the song itself drives one into tears, but it's the powerful lyrics within accompanied with the main characters, Takaki and Akari, their stories did. The love they held for each other is so pure, and yet, due to distance, they both had to part. Distance both emotional wise and physical wise[darn, i think this line sounded so familiar] were the obstacle for the two of them to conquer.
the first time watching the lst part of bysouku[Oukashou] when Takaki is traveling on the local train to meet Akari nearly bring me to tears. The part where he lost that letter which he wrote to Akari, the letter filled with his words written out of his bottom of his heart and words that he cant bring himself to say it out verbally just flew mercilessly with the wind. The sudden burst of silence, his distraught self stranded at the snow-filled train platform, i just couldnt help but to empathize together with him. How many times have we regret when things just never happened the way we wanted?

it was a long journey in order to meet up with Akari. As time ticks further away from the planned time, Takaki blamed himself and prayed that Akari should have just go home and not wait for him anymore.

Their love between each other is strong, just as the snow, it is so pure. They both loved each other, it's just they were naive and innocent then, articulating words that shows affection to each other was a struggle between them.

Then came a cruel twist of fate, as Takaki moved to a further place, the habit of writing letters each other started to cease.
